Join Our Team
Diesel Mechanic
We're seeking experienced diesel mechanics to join our growing team. If you have a passion for truck repair and want to work in a shop that treats technicians right, this is the place for you.
Requirements:
- ASE certification preferred (not required)
- 3+ years experience with heavy-duty diesel trucks
- Knowledge of Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, and International
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
What You'll Do:
- Perform complete engine diagnostics and repairs
- Service brake systems, transmissions, and drivetrains
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Service Advisor
Are you great with people and know trucks? Join our front office team as a service advisor. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in their experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of truck systems preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Prepare written estimates for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians on repair progress
- Process payments and maintain customer records
- Handle customer questions and concerns
Apprentice Technician
Ready to start your career in diesel repair? We're looking for motivated individuals who want to learn from experienced technicians. No experience necessary - we'll train you!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass background check
What You'll Learn:
- Diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Brake system service
- Electrical system diagnostics
- Transmission and drivetrain repair
- Customer service and communication skills
